|iliadawry||11:00 pm - Whoops.|
So... yeah, this week looks bad.
How's Wednesday 18 August, 6PMish EDT for everyone?
Keep in mind I mainly want everyone there for the first game, and will happily be more flexible afterward. Would Monday be better for people, this once?
ETA: That's one vote for Monday (and I can do it then, anyhow). Others?

A last-minute cancellation means it's likely we'll try again next week. How does this look for people?

So! In an effort to get everyone very very excited about this game, or something, I'm going to be offering tidbits here. The first one is something some of you got told: it is habit for Deathknights to be isolated even after their time in the Monstrance, until they show reasonable understanding of the castle's customs and speak the language of the dead. After that, there's a big party with cuisine of unique origins.

So I ended up changing my mind about playing Thunder's Cold Fury. I've decided instead to play another Dusk, Crimson Devil Mask. Under the cut is a piece of short fiction describing him a bit. It's not the highest quality work, but it's more important that I post this than revise it for quality.

Well? WELL? This isn't a rhetorical question!

|vasilis||03:21 pm - The Silver Font of Bilious Mordant|
Less is known than spoken of the Font's origins, and never in his presence. A Southwestern lilt blends with subtle traces of a Low Realm accent in sermons on the inexorability of death. But more rise to hearsay gives his universal body language of a man who's spent a life on the streets -- a survivor at the core, confident, unyielding and relentless in conviction.
He stands at short height, a deceptively frail frame of corded muscle making him every inch the master of his space. His visage most often concealed by the metallic malevolence of a grinning rictus mask, his presence is more often felt before it is detected. Expert at making a dramatic (oft unexpected) entrance, the most characteristic feature is the man's voice: forceful yet hollow, cutting and fluid. His left hand rarely strays from the pommel of the horrific Onyx Dreadstar, a vicious weapon gifted him as token of his Mistress' favor.
Among his peers, his task is to exult at the deliverance of death and spread the sweet message of the Unliving as it is whispered into his ear. Intolerant of the unworthy, he vigilantly looks after those under his aegis and lays his life on the line for those few who've earned his trust.
